Case Study

Create a written case report about one of the great thinkers of psychology. This needs to include: what their greatest contribution to psychology was. What type(s) of school(s) of thought did they fall under, (ex: humanists, behaviorist…etc), and an example of how their contributions are used today. You can present your case study in several different ways. Students must supply written notes or presentations with notes. All students must provide a list of sources they used. Any extra information that is gathered must be from reliable sources. Students must write a 1.5-2 page paper in the format of an introduction (describing who the study is about), Hypothesis (what the ground breaking question they studied), Method (What did the subject to do prove that hypothesis), Conclusion (analysis of the subjects finding and why they were important).

Students along with the paper will design one of the options below to present the "case" they studied.
  • PowerPoint presentation with notes
  • Haiku Deck presentation with adequate note cards
  • Poster
